RTB Lounge is a very welcoming environment for both youth and families. The barbers at RTB lounge are truly skilled and know how to help anyone in their chair leave the shop looking sharp and ready for any event. The barber I regularly go to is HBK. He along with his colleagues are very personable and help the haircut go by fast with funny and good conversation. I asked for a simple trim, made it clear what I wanted, and even showed a reference picture—but the barber completely ignored it. Instead, they cut way more than I asked, ruining months of growth. Total disappointment!! I'm actually surprised how's the rating so high. Went this morning and found this algerian guy who clearly just started cutting hair and barely new how to hold a trimmer. Kept telling him I want a fade and a beard trim, followed up couple of times with instructions until giving up. Literally went out the exact way I went in and paid 45$. Never again
I went to my man Brook out the there first time lol scare for my lineup - but he was the most professional and most attentive barber I’ve ever had. The vibe in the shop is very good, hands down one of the best barbershops in Ottawa. Young entrepreneurs getting some money and doing good job - u be listening good music. Shout out to u guys 👍🏼
