I’ve been to a lot of braiders but Lavish Rootz is different. She’s professional, on time, and really takes her time with the details. My cornrows came out clean and they’re not tight at all. Shop environment is calm too. Definitely booking again.

Had an emergency and Darryl absolutely came through for me. He fit me in on short notice and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about his clients. The shop was clean and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. My brother went to get a haircut to RTB and suffers from mental health disorders and is homeless. I received a call today from Josh (RTB) that my brother received services and could not pay. Based solely on the phone call I had with him, he was respectful, patient, treated my brother with dignity and willing to call me to pay for the service instead of escalating and that really meant a lot to me.
