Bob is reliable and does great work. I had repairs done to my roof and he showed up right away to take care of it like he said he would. I’ll definitely call again.

I was very disappointed with Bob. He seemed enthusiastic to help me and the estimate was reasonable but then he never showed up to do the job. He gave me an initial date and didn't show and then gave me another date and was also a no-show. I'm not sure why he didn't show but I wish if he had changed his mind, he would have just told me. I would have at least had respect for him then as a contractor!
It is a shame that I had a poor experience with R. Tagg. since they have gotten great reviews and I was personally recommended to use them. At first, he was responsive, and polite. We talked over the phone on a Thursday and he scheduled an appointment to come do a quote on our roof the following Monday. He assured me that I didn’t even need to rush out of work to be there right on time.
