It was a nightmare of an experience. Do not deal with this company. They have their head up their ass. I ordered a desk from RTA. , I received two (2) desks. I was charged twice (two separate transactions) I only placed one (1) order. I contacted RTA and although I was very pleasant on the phone with them, they were incredibly nasty to me. They told me I would have to pay the shipping to return the other desk and there would be a 30% restocking fee. It costs 101.00 to ship via UPS plus a 30% restocking fee and the desk costs... read more
Horrible had to call 4 times to get the right parts sent. They are absolutely horrible and were down right rude to me on the phone. Wouldn't buy anything from here ever again.
