What ever you do. Do not do business with this company. They will screw your insurance info up wait 8 months then send you a huge bill. There customer support is no existent. I couldn't even make a deal to set up payment or find out what went wrong. No phone service, No calls backs after leaving voicemail, no email or fax support. So this means there in business to attack your credit or extort money off of you. So my message is leave the company alone. and keep in mind no customer support effort, no payments!!!!

My wife has been trying to contact RTA & Respira for weeks and they never replied to her emails, voice messages nor fax. This level of bad service by RTA means they must be in some sort of trouble or going bankrupt! We are calling our primary care physician and our friends not to use this supplier.

customer service is the worst ever...0 star if I could rate them....the people who answer the phones are rude and non caring....pass the buck all of the way....they send you bills for things you don't know about...then you have to beg them to respond to letters, faxes and phone calls to find out what the heck you got billed for...they sent an order to me that I didn't authorize...they route your phone calls to voicemail boxes for employees who no longer work there.....horrible company to deal with in my opinion. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They mark up their equipment by 100 to 300 percent! The cost of their Dream Station Cpap Machine (just the machine) is $817.91. I have contact other reputable Med. Supply Companies that sell the identical unit for between $420 - $480. The accessories are even worse: tubing, $25.89 (their price) compare to $6.35, headgear and simplus, $147.88 (their price)compare to $95.00. These are for identical products. Zero customer service and the actual service is worse. Waiting a month on cpap supplies and someone that can actually help me. Seriously considering going elsewhere for my home supply needs.
