We contracted with RT Specialty for our property insurance for one year. Then the second year they notified us the premium would be going up considerably higher. So we let RT Specialty know that we wouldn't be using them for our property insurance for 2026 in 10/2025 to give them plenty of notice not to debit our bank account come 11/2025 for the 2026 property coverage premium. I have been trying to get a three year loss run for over a week. They are not working on my request at all and it is simply because I no longer have insurance with them. Once I get this report, I can update this review if it is in a timely manner.
Good company but it's very hard to pay on line unless it's auto draft.
