I waited for over a month for propane and it never came! I told them I was out and called multiple times. Nothing. I was even added to the priority list. Nothing. It's the middle of winter. Finally, I cancelled my service because they never supplied any. I had to heat my house. I ended up getting a 157 dollar cancellation bill from them. You don't supply but you make sure to charge! Was waiting to see how this service went before I done a review so I could give a fair review. I prepaid for propane weeks ago, and ordered my propane when I was on 20% like I was told too. After several calls later and a lot of excuses, I still have yet to get my ALREADY PAID FOR propane and now I’m on 9 % with a blistering cold week coming oh and I have no other heat and no money to get any cause I prepaid propane. I’m not happy. Not a great start
