No useful information, waste time
Very unprofessional and unsafe experience. I contacted this company about a rental property and was told that in order to even schedule a showing, I had to provide a copy of my driver’s license and a screenshot of my credit score. I reluctantly provided these sensitive documents. After that, they stopped replying to me. When I followed up, they told me the unit was now ‘pending’ and no longer available for showing. Prospective tenant review. RT Property Management put up a listing for a unit we were interested in, with a self-tour option. The self-tour was a complete disaster, as we couldn't even view the unit. We were texted by Stephany B, who told us we were fine to see the property today at 5pm. We were told that there would be a "lockbox" by the "emergency exit door" that we could use to access the unit via a four-digit code.
