Very unprofessional and unsafe experience. I contacted this company about a rental property and was told that in order to even schedule a showing, I had to provide a copy of my driver’s license and a screenshot of my credit score. I reluctantly provided these sensitive documents. After that, they stopped replying to me. When I followed up, they told me the unit was now ‘pending’ and no longer available for showing. Prospective tenant review. RT Property Management put up a listing for a unit we were interested in, with a self-tour option. The self-tour was a complete disaster, as we couldn't even view the unit. We were texted by Stephany B, who told us we were fine to see the property today at 5pm. We were told that there would be a "lockbox" by the "emergency exit door" that we could use to access the unit via a four-digit code. Thanks to the RT team for helping me post and handle the rental agreement. They also maintained good communication with the renter, which saved me time in dealing with issues. The RT team was patient and reminded the landlord to avoid potential conflicts in the future. I highly recommend using their services for renting a house.

It was a very very satisfying experience to work with them from the beginning to end. Very professional, very knowledgeable. I got many good suggestions from them. I'll definitely work with RT again next time.
