Our agent Lucy was extremely difficult to reach throughout the entire process. She would take long to answer messages and would take long response times to clarify any of our simple questions such as security deposit and gave tenants different answers. After all of us paid our application fees, our process for leasing the house was abruptly ended the day after the supposed lease start. I merely wanted to schedule a tour of an apt they have listed, but they asked for a picture of my ID and credit score. According to Zillow, that's a potential scam, so I reported them. Beware -- you shouldn't have to provide sensitive info. just to SEE a place.
I contacted this property management company because I was interested in having them manage and rent out my property. After two email exchanges, I was told that a specialist would contact me, but I never received any further response or follow-up. It was disappointing and unprofessional, especially since I was a potential client ready to use their services.
Awful company. Went through the application process, paid the $53. They communicated only once to request an ESA letter. Never did any showings, never communicated on my application status. I was one of the first to apply and exceeded the income and credit score requirements. They even sent a form for my boss to complete for the income and employment verification. There was no reason to sideline my application. After reading the multiple bad reviews, I’m relieved I did not rent with them.
