Terrible place to deal with especially if you are brown. Everything was in order passed all the checks criminal and everything. Was told I had to do this to schedule a tour with the address I was interested in. No useful information, waste time
Very unprofessional and unsafe experience. I contacted this company about a rental property and was told that in order to even schedule a showing, I had to provide a copy of my driver’s license and a screenshot of my credit score. I reluctantly provided these sensitive documents. After that, they stopped replying to me. When I followed up, they told me the unit was now ‘pending’ and no longer available for showing.
