Jasmine has been extremely helpful finding me a home for quickly as I needed to find a place within the month. We just came to California from Dallas as a new job opportunity came up for me. I found RT and Jasmine was my manager and she has been excellent to work with. She found me a place a week after I contacted her, she communicated every step of the way and gave me multiple options and closed the deal a day after we picked a place. I can’t thank her enough for the help she’s given us and we love our new home so much.
In 2023 my wife and I desperately needed a place to live in Diamond Bar as our work got placed more east. RT was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so extremely glad I came to these guys to find me a house. I gave them my budget, my criteria and exactly what I was looking for. In less than 2 weeks we found a place exactly in that budget and the past 2 years have been worry free, we love it at our new house. These guys have been communicative, helpful and effective.
Communication was something I was definitely looking for when looking for an agent who can help me find a property to rent out for my family and I and that’s exactly what I got when I worked with Jasmine. She’s been a huge help and found me a place quickly and I couldn’t even keep up with her emails (which I loved). I’ve recommended a friend to her and she had the exact same experience. You can tell Jasmine really cares about you and she wants to make sure our needs are met. You’re in good hands with her.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING . Communication was poor—they rarely provided updates unless I followed up first. When I asked questions, I never got a straight answer, and I constantly had to chase them just to get basic information. When I inquired about how they communicated with potential tenants (email, phone, text), they couldn’t even give a clear response.
