Tim and his team took it to the next level. I just remodeled my house and needed a new AC system. Tim came out and gave me a great price. They worked with me through the remodel and when it was time they came and finished hooking up the system. You can’t go wrong using R T Olsen. I highly recommend them. I also happen to be a general contractor so I worked with other HVAC people in the past and never got this kind of great service. I will be using them on my other jobs. If I can give them more stars, I would.
RT Olson was an absolute pleasure to work with. I called them up to fix a plumbing leak and switch out the capacitor for my AC. Tim and Renee went above and beyond my expectations dealing with the issues and instructing on what I needed to do to prevent any further issues. Would definitely recommend.

Great guys, they came to help diagnose an issue after hours in my emergency, turns out it was a city issue, they even waived the on call fee for me, but they came none the less to ensure all was well! Highly recommend them!
