Rene just worked on my toilet, did an excellent job. Highly courteous and professional - I recommend the company and Rene for future repair work. He gave great advice for future maintenance as well. I will definitely be a return customer in the future as the need arises.
Rene came during the window expected. Was very knowledgeable and was able to help with the issues I had surrounding hot water. It’s pretty hard to find someone you can trust but I will for sure be using Olson plumbing for all my needs.
Our technician Shane was amazing. He provided great service, he was fast and super friendly. I am definately calling RT Olson and requesting for Shane the next time I have an issue. I highly recommend RT Olson and ask for shane. You will not regret it. Great experience.
I was in a desperate situation and needed Sunday help and Shane came to the rescue and diagnosed my problem and immediately offered to fix the problem and assured he would return to complete. Giovanni returned and completed job! I would highly recommend and will use RT Olsen Plumbing from now on ☺️
