RecommendedLast week my Internet stopped working. I called at 3 pm on Fruday, they had a service person here in less than a half hour. He checked all the lines, and connections and in about 25 min had figured out that I had a device that was causing the problem . He showed me what was going on, and I was back in business by 4 pm. THAT is What I call SERVICE! Thank you all at RT for keeping keeping me connected!!

Great service and a reliable company. I have a very fast internet connection as well!
Poor service. Unreliable connection. Customer support never called back. Same issue 4 times which was a problem at their end. Do not recommend for cloud based businesses.
