RecommendedBEST INTERNET & CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!!! We have a land line and internet with RT Comm. We have lived in the rural areas RT services since 2005. I've tried every satellite internet company there is and they STINK and are ridiculously expensive. I honestly do not understand ANY complaints about the internet at all. Worst service ever. We pay for 1 mps upload and they can’t even do that. They want $16 a month more for 2 mps. What makes them think they can honor that deal? I can’t upload a freaking 27 second video on their crummy platform. Oh yes, we have to buy the modem from them, except it isn’t ours. And now a one year contract. I am so through with them.
