The staff were friendly and informative. They were quick and got me in for an oil change right away. I had no issues during my visit. Really great place for my first visit.
First service trip was great. Second was okay. 2 grand later, I picked my car up with my problems than I dropped it off with. The cabin fan blows with the key out of the ignition, and the radio system is asking for a code. I was told that I had a leak in the transmission-- drove it to Little Rock to visit the family mechanic. Apparently, I had an old transmission leak that the family tech was able to wipe off with a cleaning solution. I'm a graduate student and have to rely solely on my stipend. Awful people to deal with. I recommend going to free service anywhere in Knoxville above this place. They have zero morale for customers and employees. As for the techs, most are good people but management is trash. If you do go to this place get the free inspection and go somewhere else to get the work done.
I had needed some help and the guys at carfix was able to help nothing major but I was a first time customer and I was treated like a family member friend knowing in auto mechanic business you can't make everyone happy no matter the situation or problem anyway I'm happy and if you need help go see Steve and his guys at carfix
These guys do a really great job. Services are expensive but that’s the same all around. Some places are even more expensive. I trust them with my car. I know they’ll do a good job.
