I took my suv here for the first time and had them fix quite a few things spent over $2,000.00! When I drove it home I noticed this done on both sides where they replaced my rear shocks! This is not the first time I had them replaced and no mechanic has ever sent it back to me like this!!! Absolutely BS I will expect a call from somone Monday morning explaining this!!!! RecommendedI always highly recommend Rt.5 Auto Repair to everyone I know. it's not often that you find a company that stands by its work but that's exactly what they do and Kenny isn't going to sell you something that you don't need because that's how he has built his reputation and business. I trust Kenny with all my repairs and you can rest assured trust him as well.

Took my Wrangler here for the first time. was having some power issues that two other shops couldn't figure out. The team here diagnosed and corrected the issue. Definitely will be bringing my business back to Rt 5 in the future.
The only place I take my car. I know and trust that Ken and his team always do get the job done, and done right. He comes rt out and talks to you. Holly is great too! I don’t know what I’ll do when he decides to retire. 😢. Def a 10 outta 10 place!
I completely trust Route 5 Auto. Ken is great. I asked him to check my wheel bearings. He did and told me everything was OK. Recommend them to everyone.
Always have the best customer service. Holly is great! Ken runs a terrific operation. Our vehicle is usually serviced within 2-3 days of my call, often they can fit me in the next day. Communication is very prompt and complete. All repairs are explained and approval is sought before any costly repairs need to happen.
I would trust no one else with my auto repairs besides RT. 5 Auto. I recommend them to everyone as they are always efficient, professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly knowledgeable!! The world could use more businesses like this one!!
