I like RST brand products but trying to return an item is almost impossible. There is a 45 day return policy which is fine but the merchandise must be in their warehouse by 45 days. It is kind of hard to accomplish that if the only way you can reach the Return Department is by email. There is no customer service that can provide you with a RMA or provide information.
