Rudy, was very professional. Isolated my engine malfunction and repaired my car well.
I am beyond appalled with this “business.” I am not going to go into crazy detail about how I was conned, $2,500 pocketed by Rudy, and had a complete investigation via the Bureau against this guy. I can only speculate where these positive reviews come from and the authenticity of them. In total, I was without my car for 6 months (~4 months with Rudy) because Rudy was “waiting” for an engine, yet he waited over 2 months to even order my engine from KIA.
