They have been great in all areas from scheduling to delivering the service with prompt communications and transparency. I’ve used them for an EV charger installation work.
Disappointing Customer Service This company was very responsive before the sale, making plenty of promises. However, after few years from purchasing the system, their support completely changed. When I needed assistance with non-working equipment, they simply referred me to the manufacturer.
