The customer service was terrible.
I can’t say enough good about my latest repair with RSP Plumbing. What a truly excellent experience. Our home was built in 2016 and the builder, DR Horton, used RSP Plumbing as the plumbing contractor back then for the new construction build. I try to stay loyal to subcontractors, so I used RSP for repairs in 2018. I recently noticed that our hot water recirculation pump had started to leak. I put a call into RSP and was put in touch with Kurt Gasparac, RSP’s service manager. I sent him some photos of the pump and he made pl... read more
