It's ok... Sam is great, but Laura completely misdiagnosed me... After finding out that I was born in Ukraine Laura shared her very personal adoption horror story with me, which was unprofessional and could have been left out... I stopped going because I was in constant pain and things were not getting better after going there, but actually worse... Be prepared to be handed off to very young employees (not sure their roles) for the actual exercises, some more knowledgeable than others...

Place is well organized. Good work flow, medical staff paying attention. Exercise are great. Good manual treatment. Just from one session I feel significant difference.

I have used RSM Physical Therapy for Injuries to a rotator cuff previously and presently to my knee and have been very pleased with the services received.
