Horrible! Person showed up late constantly on the phone and extremely obvious it wasn't cleaned. Didn't introduce themselves, extremely unprofessional, and while they say 100% money back guarantee that is a lie. When trying to kindly discuss the issues presented they sent the SAME people back to the house another day which was extremely awkward and still didn't get everything clean. I’ve had RSM clean my home for about two years now. They are consistent and reliable, as well as good at communicating. Any oversights are quickly fixed if something is forgotten. I appreciate the work they take off my plate!
