We've been happy with RSJ and have used their service since we moved here. They just installed a new furnace for us and humidifier and Harley was great throughout the process. Thanks
Brian was very professional yet friendly. He seemed to know his business.
Scott went out of his way to ensure our gas range was installed correctly. He noted our gas meter was old and needed to be replaced. He relite all our pilot lights after the install was completed, He came back a second time after the new gas meter was installed to finish his job.
2/21/2025 :- received a call from Steve who explained the mix up, apologized for mix up provided an additional refund. Thank you, Steve. I would recommend doing business with RSJ Mechanical to anyone. 2/20/2025-- I've changed this review to four stars for the following reason... I should have been charged only for the needed part and not the labor. Had the problem been properly diagnosed the first time my bill would have been around $420 and not $745.70, and a refund of $320 roughly. Instead I'm handed a refund check for $23... read more
