Cautionary tale! I cannot stress enough the urgency of avoiding this company at all costs! Their unprofessionalism, untrustworthiness, and unreliability are just the tip of the iceberg. These guys must have their buddy’s get on here and leave the good reviews because there is NO WAY it is their customers! They have had our car for over THREE years, still “working on it”, “it’ll be the next one we get done”, “hey if you send us another 5k we can get to it quicker”. DO NOT take your car to these crooks. So fed up with their lies and BS. EDIT: RSI received our car 2014 it is now 2020 and we still have not got the car back.
Ordered an RSI C5 dual in-tank fuel system for my corvette. Paul was very helpful with all my questions that I had about the fuel hanger. The pumps were back ordered from Walbro but that is expected during these covid times and with performance parts in general. Also, they expedited the shipping to me for free because of the back ordered pumps, great customer service Can’t wait to install these pumps!
Unprofessional , Untrustworthy ,Unreliable and worst of all they do not stand behind the product and services.I have invested a large amount of money with this company Part quality was poor , Parts failed and caused severe engine damage.Was acknowledged but lots of excuses when came from reimbursement.
