Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the service provided to us since we entered into our contract. The cost savings we initially anticipated were not worth the trouble, especially since additional charges were presented to us in the end.
This agency is an absolute blessing to our community. I've been working with Patrick and Deb at RSI for some time and they have been extremely easy to communicate with, organized and a huge asset in the insurance brokerage space. They have great access to most carriers in the transportation space and an offer a very customized approach to risk management for the trucking industry. Terrible communication and efficiency. When Lupe was my rep I worked with, everything went smooth, and my insurance renewal happened early and on time. Ever since I switched over to Michelle Lopez, everything went South. She did not renew my insurance until the day is expired, which completely put me in a terrible spot with my load contracts I have with different shippers. Contracts got canceled all because of the inefficiency of this company and Michelle Lopez. I will be switching to another insurance agency after this one.
