We do constant business with them. Dawson is great.
If corners an be cut, they are. The worst subs, low budget, starter home quality, at the highest price. Expect to repaint, reinstall and redo your home after closing. We were warned by others what a terrible builder they were. Were stuck with them since they had the lot we wanted. We’re still paying for a the repairs on their short cuts.
