The whole team is amazing…
I had a very disappointing experience with RSG Healthcare and PA Ryan Frazier's office. I went there seeking help for pain, only to be treated with a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. The medical assistants who contacted me were rude, dismissive, and spoke to me with an attitude that made me feel like I was a burden rather than a patient seeking care. The offices are clean and inviting. The front staff, very warm and comforting, plenty of ice cold bottled water available. T J, my doctor this visit was absolutely wonderful, very assuring, knowledgeable, and showed genuine care. I feel very confident in the choices we’ve made.
