I had a package delivered here by mistake from UPS. One of the associates by the name of Andres reached out to me to let me know that I had my package at their warehouse and if I wanted to pick it up, I could stop by Andres and Angel went above and beyond and helping me load up my huge package into my tiny car, they had great attitudes and were super friendly. This company should be proud to have great associates.

Received horrible customer service this morning. The sales representative was pretty rude when I ask about prices for the A/C units. Told me he couldnt sell me anything unless i am licensed. I told him I was only there to get an idea about prices but still insisted to not help. People behind the counter should listen to what the customer needs before they start talking, then respond appropriately.
