After 4 years living on RSC property, no doubt the worst, least helpful and zero communication rental management. No wonder landlords have terrible reputations. They do not answer questions. Nobody returns your phone calls. You live on property. They take your rent money. That's it. Don't call them. Don't email them. For God's sake don't expect anything. Typical rental property management company. They suck.

Jack with RSC associates has been amazing to work with since we first toured our home. He is friendly, down to earth and great with communication when it's needed. He has promptly addressed any issues we've had in the last year regarding any maintenance needed, including recently addressing an insulation issue. Thank you so much for all you've done, Jack, and thank RSC for still providing great service as a landlord which is rare in today's world.

My experience with rsc and jack had been nothing but good up until about a month ago and I had always intended on leaving a good review once I moved out. However, SUSAN (also goes by KATIE?) completely ruined the experience of this leasing agency. She should be demoted to a position where she cannot be rude and ignore customers if they value their customers or buildings in the slightest. I have had the pleasure of leasing from RSC Associates on three occasions. They are professional and kind. They are clear communicators and do what they say. They are quick to fix issues with the properties and they have always respected my privacy. I highly recommend them. Best in town!
