I called RSB Electrical to help with a few outlets that had stopped working. Sharee took my call and walked me through finding and resetting the GFI's in different parts of our house. I was able to fix the problem over the phone! In this day and age when they could've charged me a bunch of money to come fix a simple problem- they helped me solve it myself! I didn't realize an outdoor GFI could be tied to the master bathroom. So crazy. Great customer service- we'll be using them for all our future electrical needs!

I phoned RSB Electrical in panic mode as an area of my home was getting no power even though I had tried the circuit panel. Ms. Cherie was patient and professional with me in an attempt to talk me of the ledge as I had a freezer full of meat. She suggested that I try to find the GFI switch while she was still on the phone and THAT RESILVED THE PROBLEM! A compaby with less scruples would have taken the money an ran!!! THANK YOU RSB. LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Love you Sharee and Reno!!!! 3 years ago, Reno gave me a great service and left me with so much information to be able to do some of my own work over these years. And today Sharee helped me fix two dead outlets without even needing a visit to the home. You both are awesome and the work you do and knowledge you bring is not unnoticed! Thank you!
