The doctor attempted to do manual extraction to remove milia from my face without using any local anesthetic (either an injection or a numbing cream) which is often used to remove facial milia, therefore I was subjected to an intense amount of pain with tears coming out my eyes. I made him aware of my pain but he appears to be much in a hurry and not to have any compassion. He said that the needle of the syringe will hurt more but that is a false statement.
