Former driver, sketchy place to work they don’t pay right here. One week they didn’t pay me 10 hours another week 13 hours. Had to really complain about this to get paid. Only lasted here for two weeks and 3 days they claimed on their 1099 form that I earned $7895 when I actually only earned $2262.50 haven’t received the corrected amount 1099 form already reported them to the IRS. They will not pay you for doing load.
Unless you enjoy working for no pay, carriers beware. We did three loads on three separate occasions for RS. We received payment for September in December. Still waiting and getting the run around for the October and December loads. I will never carry for RS again. Filed a complaint with FMCSA and was told to reach out to BBB so hopefully they do something about these dishonest companies that don't want to pay. We book a load with this company in June 2024 and we are still waiting for the payment and they are not giving us proper answer all the times just saying we already mailed the cheque and not paying to us for that load.
