We had an excellent experience with R&S Roofing, especially working with Remington. He came quickly when we had a leak, inspected the roof, and even did an immediate temporary fix on the spot. He clearly explained the issues (loose shingles, rusted nails, etc.) and walked us through replacement options without any pressure. R & S Roofing did an exellent job from the estimate state to finish line. Remington is not only a big boss but he also treats his customers like his family. The inital estimate was afforfable, come up with good price and high quality. His estimate was $5K lower than the other one, same roofing lifetime. He proactively suggested what would be best for customers. He doesn’t mind to observe the intalllation and inspected after the completion to make sure everything is under control.
