They were to call when they were on their way. I tried calling after not hearing for 2-3 hrs and got a busy signal several times. When I finally reached them they said they had tried to call but it was a wrong number. Turned out they had written the last number of my phone number down wrong. They then informed me that it was now too late in the day (2:30) to have someone go in my attic and they could come the next day.
