Ray and Mike were truly best of the best! I called and within 20 minutes Ray was at my house and able to tell me what the problem was! Mike replaced my out dated system the next day in less than an hour (at an amazing price). It works phenomenally now!!! They let me know about another part that will need attention in the next 6 months or so, but in no way tried to push a sale or get me to take care of it right away since it doesn't need it yet.
