Unfortunately we were very unhappy with our experience with R&S. We had high hopes when the start of the process was so wonderful with Rachel and Andrew. As the project began, things started to fall apart. The original crew was subbed out which we were told would not happen. They did not sand and refinish multiple spots, the stain color did not match the original floors, multiple thresholds were not completed and not completed as promised, all while we were being hounded for payment and getting minimal response from the offi... read more
Wow. What a great experience overall. My husband and I bought a 5 BR 3 BA home with 35 year old hardwoods on the main level and carpet upstairs. We wanted the whole house refinished and matching hardwoods installed upstairs - a very big project. R&S was awesome every step of the way. I picked out a carpet in July and waited until Sept to actually contact them for availability. The carpet I had selected was no longer available. Rachel helped me pick out another using my Sherwin Williams color. The new carpet, was actually less expensive. They installed my carpet today! The installers were early and finished in 4.5 hours. It is soft, comfortable and will last for years to come. I had a great experience and I'd use them again in a heart beat!!
