I have been to a few gyms in the area and RS fitness is the by far the best I have been to. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone is so nice. Gyms usually intimidate me but not here! I love that the rooms are divided so it isn't one big open area that feels like everyone is just staring at each other. I love it here!

For me this gym is equipped with everything you need, clean and organized for the unique spaces. Each room is clearly defined and larger than what you may think at first glance. The location is awesome, once the weather is good enough to ride your bike you can ride right off the rail trail. It is perfect for a group a friends to join up and ride and get in a great workout. Great gym, family environment, very freindly,great staff, has full class schedule, lots of weights and child care. No sign up fees no contracts no hidden fees pay as you go
