We were looking to update the front porch. Nate came to our home & measured the area, he proceeded to give us ideas along with pictures. He's very personable. Once we decided on the type of posts & railing we wanted we were ready for the install. The job was completed within a day. Trent was also very friendly, meticulous and did an awesome job tearing down the old wooden posts and Installing the new. It was a top notch experience from start to finish! We highly recommend. What an awesome experience! I met with Jason for original estimate. Work was done so quickly due to the season so I only had a week lead time. The installers worked in the snow! My fence was complete in just over two days. It looks great! Great customer service!
Very professional! On short notice, R&S made a visit to my residence same day to provide a cost estimate. Followed up with us until and after install. Enjoying our new fence and I know our two little dogs are enjoying it as well.
They have done good work for me in the past. Recently I needed to move a portion of my fence and add a new large gate. Unfortunately, they did not recommend the correct gate to me as they admitted. The result did not look good because the gate is on an incline and had large gaps at the bottom. I was told that they should have recommended a custom gate designed for the incline. I had to get the custom gate because the first one did not look good at all and the dogs could get under the large gap. They did give me the gate at c... read more
