Matthew and Robert came to our facility and fixed our gate. It was down for a couples of hours as soon as we called them. They came out right away and got it fixed. There prices were reasonable. Thank you both next time this happens we know who to call, Matthew and Robert.
Anthony & Chris did a good job completing our installation. I appreciate they took the time to lube the tracks and wheels on our roll up door. After cleaning the debris and work area. They showed me how to operate the automatic opener and change the batteries in the wireless devices.
I had a great experience with Paz and Ismael, they secured our gate so it was functional until they were able to come back and complete the repairs. They were personable and friendly and able to answer all my questions.
Anthony and Chris did an excellent job of replacing the bearings on my gate. I was quoted a completion time of two hours and they finished exactly on time. I would recommend R&S for any gate repairs.
