Technican Matthew came promptly and fixed the issue with our electronic gate. Both CID and Matthew trouble shouted accurately and were both professional and courteous throughout the whole interaction. I wish I called R&S earlier. Great job.

Matthew and Robert came to our facility and fixed our gate. It was down for a couples of hours as soon as we called them. They came out right away and got it fixed. There prices were reasonable. Thank you both next time this happens we know who to call, Matthew and Robert.
