Ok here's a legitimate complaint, the worker not the owner, because the owner is more polite, and had to tell the little greasy head guy to be quiet, well anyway my fiance brought her car for an oil change and the worker messed up the oil pan guard and try to say it was already like that, but when she went back, Gerald the owner found her actual screws in there shop on the ground ,ok he made the worker find a couple more missing screws to fix it, ok he made an attempt to fix it ,but it fell off again the next Monday, so the ... read more
Amazing job have a 2015 Dodge Ram road side service couldn't release my spare tire came here an they got it down on the first try plus reasonable oil change I highly recommend them.
I called at 6:30 and the owner answered the phone, I told him I had a flat and didn’t have a spare. He said he gets to his shop at 7:30 and then he would come meet me. Well turns out, he decided to come right then and showed up 15 minutes later. He got my tire off, we went to his shop where he was able to find a used tire (the exact model) to get on my truck so I would make my arrival in Houston.
