We have used RS Andrews since around 2005 at two homes we have owned. We have purchased entirely new heating and air systems from them, water heaters, plumbing work and have used their smiley service for as long as I can remember. Had leaking issue with water heater. Paul Creel, along with an associate, installed new water heater. He had to rework some of the piping and set up an easy-to-use shutoff valve with a distinctive handle to differentiate it from the other valves. Paul and his associate did an excellent job.
Buyer beware. Had a Google Nest thermostat installed. Worked great untill I had to change my router login info, now it can no longer connect to my network. Without this connection the thermostat can not follow any schedule changes that you may have set. Effectively rendering it a plane basic thermostat. When I called and informed them about the issue and requested some sort of instructions to install it to make it work again they were unable to provide me with instructions and said that they had to charge me $70 just to come... read more
