RS Andrews placed additional insulation into my attic in Sept 2024.  I was pleased with the results and paid $1,700.  Two weeks ago I had painters painting the interior of the house and while patching a small hole in the ceiling as part of the prep work, suddenly half the ceiling collapsed.  The area was 4'x8'.  I couldn't think what could have caused the collapse except the additional weight of the new insulation and a 1957 home in which the drywall was instead a very heavy plaster-based material that was not nailed into al... read more

I called on Monday and spoke with Justin, asking about a first time inspection on my tankless water heater. He said the guy that works on it is out but would be back in about 20 minutes. He could take my name and number and he would call me back. It is now Friday and I haven't heard a peep from them. I don't know who dropped the ball, but communication is critical in a business and customers should not have to keep chasing after you to get you to respond. If you say you're going to call, then call.

Absolutely terrible company. Tried to sell me an annual service, before I could tell them what the issue was. The technician showed up 1 hour late between 1200 - 1700 according to them 1800 he showed up. Stated I needed a new fan Moter for the low, low price of $1700,00. $1700.00 for a $100.00 fan motor.....Then he tried to suggest I get a new furnace and he knows RS Andrews has a company that can install it. Avoid this company at all costs defiantly you will get ripped off.
