I do not recommend this business. They charged an unauthorized amount on my credit card. They then said they would look into it and never contacted me back. They would also not respond to emails asking for updates on a resolution.

Thank you Covert Aire for prompt service. Two years in a row you helped us when our a/c was down, by responding promptly . When we had to get an new system your team removed the failed unit and installed the new system so efficiently and neatly. We really appreciate your professional and friendly service. I am very disappointed in their customer service. They are frequently late for appointments. Today, they said they had an emergency but couldn't make the appointment until much later but I had a doctor's appointment also scheduled. I got back from my appointment earlier than expected and they still couldn't take me. Very unreliable service.
