We had RRR Roofing replace our roof and had a great all around experience. Austin Combs is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Communication was great. On the day it was replaced they worked quickly and were finished by mid afternoon. Rene was very helpful on the day of the install. We recommended them to a family member who had their roof replaced and we received a referral check. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
I had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Austin, my sales rep, made the whole process very smooth. He was always available, answered my questions, and kept communication clear throughout the project. In April this year I hired RRR Roofing & Remodeling to install a new roof due to hail damage. Sales Mgr. Gabriel Lozano did a Great job helping me out. At the end he made sure everything turned out good I would recommend them to friends & family. Great people to do the job. THANK YOU RRR ROOFING! 👍
The guy who initially came out talked a great sales pitch. First problems came with postponing the start date. First time it was a broken truck. Second time there was no show and no reason given. After talking to the actual roofing crew the job got started. The roofing crew itself was good. Showed up and did their job. The salesman, he was suppose to come on the first day to talk to me in person. It never happened. A guy comes to collect the check and sweep for nails. Rene is great! They did a great job on my roof! I live in one town and my second place is almost three hours away. All my interactions with him were by phone and he still managed to do an amazing job! Would definitely recommend him and his company!
