Marble slab installation is an intricate process and not all bath contractors will do this type of job. Needles to say, I purchased marble tile slabs, a vanity, paint, bath fixtures, and more based on Rafael’s recommendation during an onsite consultation. He NEVER showed for the actual remodel; leaving me with a garage full of supplies/thousands of dollars spent prematurely, and a huge headache of finding a contractor that could install the tile. He remodeled our first bathroom with no issues. We asked him to remodeled our second bathroom, he agreed but never showed up. He said we were next, but somehow keep putting others before us. We have waiting for 5 months and even told him if he doesn’t want to do it just let us know so we could seek else where. He then started to hang up on us. Terrible customer service. We was rooting for him however we will never recommend after this.
Rafael and Ricardo at RRR Remodeling Tile are excellent at what they do! We would highly recommend them without any hesitation. They renovated one of our bathrooms and re-tiled our entire house. We have so many positive things to say about these two brothers. They shared with us that their father taught them their craft since they were children by having them assist him on his jobs, which explains their mastery. If I can give Rafael 10 stars, I would! I needed someone who had expertise in bathroom remodeling and I’m glad I found him. My grandmother’s bathroom needed remodeling for such a long time and people we used in the past just took our money and gave us cheap work. Rafael was attentive with what I wanted and he delivered!
