Probably one of the most positively impactful places I've been to in my life. Every staff members pours their soul into helping people as much as they can and they will go out of the way to assist Kentucky as a whole. Cannot say enough about the good this place is doing
Literally just do not want to do their jobs. When you call, the person that actually answers the phone doesn’t know how to assist you. You get transferred to someone that doesn’t even answer. Not even the Therapists can get proper communication from the office. Absolute waste of time!
Had my daughter scheduled here for her first appointment and upon arrival noticed that the business hours were from 8-4. Her appointment was at 5 so there was already a red flag before even stepping inside. Went ahead and walked in. Arrived 15 minutes early in case there was paperwork that needed to be done. Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before we were told that the therapist was running late, she wasn’t even in the building and it would be another 30 minutes.
