Can't say enough good things about Ramona and her team. They were so responsive and attentive during our kitchen remodel process. It was not a big job as these things go, but that did not stop Ramona from communicating with us, with helpful detail and timeliness. I trusted her judgement completely. She also connected us with excellent subcontractors and handled transactions and timeliness seamlessly. I will definitely work with RRI again for our bathroom upgrades, when we get around to it!
I have worked with Mona on several projects including new cabinets for my primary bathroom and an entire kitchen renovation. She was amazing to work with! Punctual, professional, has really great vision, and always followed up and follow through. Years later I needed a cabinet door repaired due to excessive use, and she took that care of it immediately. Amazing service!
Where do we start? We had no idea. Our 2nd flr. bathroom had an undetected leak that drained into the foyer. ---RRI came to our rescue! They designed an impressive master bath, helped us choose quality cabinets, upscale lighted mirrors, gave us an outstanding benched shower and even recommended all the reliable, efficient and talented contractors to partner with them and us. Couldn’t be happier with our renovations by RRI. Ramona and her team were so helpful in bringing our 60s kitchen and bathroom into the modern era. The virtual mockups and design options we were presented with really helped bring the space to life. The whole team was very responsive and the project took a lot less time than expected. I would definitely recommend RRI for anyone looking for high quality cabinets with excellent customer and design services.
