I've been a patient here for about a year and a half, and things have really improved! It was a few months wait for my first visit, but I wasn't in a rush and just wanted to establish care, so I didn't mind. I don't understand how people are having positive experiences here. Not only was I asked to take a surprise drug test before Dr. Wang would prescribe a controlled substance (this is apparently an RRH standard but I have zero history of abuse), but the medical assistant is insensitive and inappropriate. I'm talking extremely weird behavior (crying during intake and cracking inappropriate jokes). Was also asked inappropriate questions about gender-affirming care by the medical assistant. My daughter has a appt in Oct yearly physical. She plans and takes the day off weeks in advance. Day prior the doctor calls her and indicates they need to reschedule. They reschedule for Dec 30 th She gets a phone call Dec 19 from one of the doctors rescheduled for end of January. Meanwhile , like most patients, she had and waited for physical to bring up some concerns . She called Dec 22 in the am to see if anything could be done . They promised a phone call. I switched (along with my 2 daughters and mother) to this facility when they opened, because my doctor closed her practice. We saw Dr. Wang a couple times and after that have always seen Priya. She is wonderful- listens, is understanding, always engaged and very responsive to messages. It is hard to get an appointment right away, but sadly I find that with all doctors in the area these days. My daughter just saw the new PA and was pleased so hopefully that helps with appointments.

I first transferred to this from URMC as I didn’t want to see different residents for my medical. Since many of the internal office providers have long waiting lists, I waited for this office to opened back March 2023. I really like the primary and the PA. My daughter also transferred to this practice and has seen the PA. The front desk is very pleasant and transferred me to the triage nurse about 1.5 weeks ago when I needed a sick appointment. I haven’t had an issue in getting appointment like others. I am happy that there ... read more
