If you’re considering Rochester regional health, know that I called them three times. First they claimed they didn’t call me, then I received an online letter stating they’d been trying to contact me and to ask for a nurse when I called them. A nurse was supposed to call me back but ofc no one did. Finally I got a physical letter and called today. They needed to reschedule my appointment a month out with no explanation. Had a positive first experience here- everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable! Edit: I just wanted to shout out some names - Dr Iacona, Amanda, and Liza in particular have helped me out so much! Thank you all!
Overall good experience over the last 12-14 months. Dr. Iacona has been excellent to either get me a referral or take an X-ray when it is needed. I have found the staff to be pretty helpful in scheduling and answering questions. Dr. is quick to reply to questions and lab results.
Do not waste your time and money here. My wife needed a prescription for an antibiotic and they said they couldn't do it even though she was in a lot of pain and they said there is nothing they can do. We had to pay another doctor to get the prescription and that doctor said that this place was able to give a prescription. Now we get absolutely nothing from them and we still need to pay a $100 bill
Absolutely terrible experience. I was on time for my appointment and had already checked in online, yet I was forced to wait 20 minutes in line just to “check in” again. Even after that, they still didn’t take me back on time and ended up rescheduling me. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. If this is how they treat patients who arrive prepared and on time, I can’t imagine how much worse it gets. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location at all costs!!
