Just want to let everyone know the am and pm receptionists are rude have an attitude problem and are very disrespectful. Other than that all the staff in the back are beyond awesome. Thank you what you do!
Everyone who works here is friendly & efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes! It’s the best urgent care I’ve been to.
This was my second visit to this urgent care, and it lasted less than 60 seconds before my daughter and I walked out. The man greeting us was rude upon entering, which made sense since he was on my previous visit as well. Both times I showed up later in the evening - just before 8:30 - but if the hours listed online say you’re open until 9, you should probably welcome patients until 9. Both times I visited were only because the other UC offices in the area were closed, and save for an extreme emergency, tonight was my last.
From check-in to discharge, everything was efficient and smooth. The response time was quick, the staff was friendly and professional, and the provider took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. Great experience overall.
