This is a very late review but I was seen by Dr. Tajen B Patel on October 31st at 10:15am. He is the rudest doctor I have EVER had to deal with. Not only was he rude, he was very dismissive. For context I'm a 23 year old female that's been experiencing chest pains for several months now. This office has always taken great care of me. From medicine to heart care advice I have not had one single issue. Besides, the staff are a great bunch of ladies and I just wanted to say thanks!!
My father has been a patient to this practice for many years. While being checked in he was asked if everything was the same, to which he responded yes. He was still asked to show his insurance card in order to check to make sure it matched what was on file. He found this was odd since there were no changes. While sitting in the waiting room I noticed the next six people that were checked in were not asked to produce an insurance card in order to check to see if what was on file matched. The staff and PAs here are wonderful. If you ever get to meet melony (hope that's how it's spelled) she is such a people person and extremely helpful. I have been struggling with insurance and paying for jardiance. I am ignorant when it comes to insurance and she went the extra mile to get me pointed in the right direction. Also saved me 55$ a month by doing what rxsaver wanted to charge me to do. She got me some free samples until I got it situated.
