Would not recommend. Customer service is not friendly. Bordering on rude. Had to cancel some appointments due to health issues. So in turn, they refused to fill one of my scripts that's due, and it's one I need for heart conditions. So I will find another company for my needs. They definitely need some customer service training. Unacceptable to talk that way to patients, whom rely on medical help.
Avoid. They will charge you $ 270 for an EKG! They will justify it by saying it is billed from Roch General hospital. Or try to blame it on your insurance.
The staff is rude and totally inconsiderate. I have had an appointment since August, They just called and cancelled it. Now They want me to wait another month in a half. Rochester Regional....get with this staff. Totally Unacceptable customer service!!!
