Helpful and go out of their way to problem solve. Dr. Chao and Ivy are amazing.
At first my husband had a good experience from his PCP at this practice with a basic new visit and physical. Now that symptoms and imaging has come back and we have urgent concerns, I’m seeing that they do not make an effort to make sure to communicate with patients. They also sent in the wrong order for his CT scan and now are not responding to any messages and phone calls about the results. I don’t know what else to do. PCP really don’t care about you.
I thought the reviews were an exaggeration or it couldn't be THAT bad - but no one should ever come here for anything if they can avoid it. Unprofessional, unhelpful, unpleasant. Even if you are desperate for a PCP DO NOT come here just because they are accepting new patients.
